
Learn and practice meditation in a peaceful and spiritual environment. You will be guided through various meditations – and will be able to experience a new sense of inner peace. In our daily hustle and bustle it is very important to find a place within ourselves, where we can recharge and find strength to face life’s ups and downs. Through a regular practice you will learn how to deal with stressful situations, overwhelming emotions and other challenging circumstances.

No previous experience in meditation is required. In class we will practice various meditation exercises and breathing techniques to calm the mind and also share our experiences. Your meditation teacher will guide and support you through your meditations. Regular attendance is recommended, but you may also drop in as your schedule permits.
