Ayurveda is the art of self-healing and longevity. It is key to restoring the wholeness of our being. By keeping a proper balance of the energies in the body the process of physical deterioration and desease can be impressively reduced.

Yoga is an exact science for the development of the human being, which is a complex combination of will-power, feeling and thinking. Through the practise of Yoga the body-mind-consciousness-complex is brought to work together in harmony.

Meditation is a practise to increase relaxation and refresh yourself for further activities. It can significantly support the eradication of bad habits. Meditation is also the bridge to enlightenment.
