Meditation is the culminating practise of yoga. It is not just a matter of closing the eyes and sitting quietly. Rather it requires a harmonized body, mind, prana and senses. Meditation increases relaxation and energizes for further activities. It can significantly support the eradication of bad habits. Meditation is also the bridge to enlightenment.
